Suggest在句子中的使用方式与其他动词不同。记住，suggest后面是that-从句。从句包含主语和动词。that-从句是以连词“that”开头的宾语从句。
I suggested he buy the other one.
I suggested that he buy the other one. (that可以省略)
I suggest that you fix the sink soon.
因此：I suggest you to do it. 这句话是错误的。
应该改为：
I suggest you do it.
I suggest that you do it. (“that” 可不要)
I’m looking for a two bedrooms apartment.
尽管我们谈论的是复数形式的2 bedrooms，但这里要去掉了“s”，因为apartment是一个名词，当你把某物直接放在名词前面来描述这个名词时，你就把描述词变成了单数，即名词做定语要用单数。例如：
I have a two bedroom apartment.
I have a four door car.
I have a six years old son.
尽管“六”是复数(不止一个)，但我们要去掉了“s”，因为“儿子”是一个名词，当你把某物直接放在这个名词前面来描述这个名词时，你就把这个词(在这个例子中是“年”)改成单数，这类度量词有时间，质量等。
例如正确的表达形式：
I have a six year old son.
I have a four year old daughter.
I have an eighty year old grandmother.
I would appreciate getting some advices from you.
“advices”这个词根本不存在。advice这个词后面永远不要加s，因为它是不可数名词。要注意你学习了所有英语中存在的不可数名词，例如advice, homework, information, slang, vocabulary等。
正确说法：
I would appreciate getting some advice from you.
还有一种错误就是有些搭配必须跟动名词。
I’m really looking forward to go there.
正确的表达：
I’m really looking forward to going there.
类似的：
In my country, we are used to eat rice for breakfast.
改为正确的：
In my country, we are used to eating rice for breakfast.
